Production

We have two production lines with 13 workers and 3 pattern cutters.

We sew approximately 3,000 pieces of medium difficulty light clothing (e.g. blouses) and approximately 1,500 pieces of work uniforms (e.g. insulated jackets).

We have varied and well-functioning equipment, including:

  • Universal machines

  • Overlock machines (with 3, 4 and 5 threads and NARROW OVERLOCK)

  • Double needle machines

  • Coverhem machine

  • Bartack machine

  • Button attaching machine for shank buttons and regular buttons

  • Buttonhole machine for keyhole and regular buttonholes

  • Veit steam iron sets

  • Double legger press

  • Snap fastener devices

  • Pattern cutting devices
